Mr Travaglini is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Company Secretary and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, with over 18 years’ experience in the resources sector having served in various finance and company secretarial roles in Australia, Africa, Canada and South America. Mr Travaglini is currently also Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary of Cygnus Metals Ltd (ASX:CY5) and Independent Non-Executive Director of Andean Silver Ltd (ASX:ASL).

Before joining Midas Mr Travaglini worked for and assisted a number of publicly-listed lithium and gold companies through exploration, project development and production phases. Prior to that Mr Travaglini worked in assurance services for the mining resources sector.

Mr Travaglini brings extensive experience in financial reporting, corporate governance and risk management.
